Cépage CHARDONNAY

This is the main variety of the Vézelay area. These grapes give to our white wines fruity notes and a mineral side that is characteristic of our terroir. In 2017, we obtained the Vézelay village appellation : we now produce 4 different Vezelay, whose some of them were awarded in international contests. We also propose you a white wine regional appellation. 

These wines are a perfect accompaniment to fish, white meat, goat cheese or can simply be enjoyed as an aperitif.

Cépage Melon

Once widespread, this grape variety had almost disappeared from Burgundy. We made it live again. Its name comes from the round shape of its leaves.

With a beautiful golden hue, it is a frank and fruity white wine, to be enjoyed as an aperitif or with seafood.

Cépage PINOT NOIR

These wines have a beautiful ruby colour, a good attack in the mouth and characteristic red fruit aromas. We produce two of them, one that partially vinified in oak barrel, the other that has the "Regional Natural Park of Morvan" label, with even more environmental constraints.

These wines perfectly accompany red meat, fine charcuterie or poultry, as well as goat cheese or Comté.

RATAFIA

Liqueur wine resulting from the blending of grape juice and Marc de Bourgogne, ratafia is traditionally enjoyed as an aperitif, but will also surprise you with dessert!

CRÉMANT DE BOURGOGNE

Crémant de Bourgogne is an AOC sparkling wine that goes with almost everything: with a starter, a main course or a dessert. And of course, it's nice for the aperitif as well!
